Pastor Griggs has been the pastor of Faith Baptist Church since October 2021. He and his wife (Faith) have nine children: Pastor Griggs has an undergraduate (B.S.) and graduate (M.S.) degree from Providence Baptist College located in Elgin, IL. Prior to becoming the pastor of FBC he started and pastored New Life Baptist Church located in Ponchatoula, LA for eleven years. He enjoys coaching football and basketball. He enjoys hunting and fishing as well! His life’s verse is Galatians 6:9, “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” His burden is to reach the area of Eureka with the gospel and to minister to the families in the surrounding area.
